Preserving the Art of Motoring
Since 2018, gallivamos has honoured the heritage of fine automobiles through curated experiences that celebrate automotive excellence and timeless elegance.
Return HomeOur Story
gallivamos began with a straightforward observation: Singapore's growing appreciation for heritage and craftsmanship deserved a motoring experience that matched this sensibility. In 2018, we opened our doors with a modest collection of carefully selected vehicles, each chosen for its character, mechanical integrity, and ability to transport passengers beyond mere conveyance.
The name gallivamos reflects our philosophy — to roam or travel in search of pleasure or entertainment. We believe that exceptional vehicles deserve to be experienced, not simply admired from afar. Each automobile in our collection represents a chapter in automotive history, maintained with reverence for its original character while ensuring modern reliability and safety.
Our approach draws inspiration from the gentlemen's clubs and heritage hotels that have long understood the value of timeless elegance over fleeting trends. We source vehicles from distinguished lineages, focusing on marques known for engineering excellence and design sophistication. British racing greens, Bordeaux reds, midnight blues — our colour selections honour traditional racing heritage and classic luxury aesthetics.
Singapore's unique character as a modern metropolis with deep respect for heritage provides the perfect setting for our services. From the colonial architecture of the civic district to the lush tree-lined roads of the countryside, our island offers diverse backdrops for heritage motoring experiences. We have spent years discovering routes that showcase Singapore's beauty while providing the smooth, scenic drives these vehicles deserve.
What sets gallivamos apart is our commitment to the complete experience. We do not simply hand over keys; we provide context, history, and thoughtful touches that transform a rental into a memorable journey. Hand-illustrated route maps, period-appropriate accessories, curated provisions — these details matter because they demonstrate respect for both the vehicles and those who appreciate them.
